Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Employee Recognition, Communications & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engagement, recognition, and listening strategies to strengthen employer reputation internally and externally
Create and execute engagement campaigns to inspire and mobilize employees
Lead and cultivate expertise in employee experiences by bringing together engagement, recognition, and wellness

Required Qualifications:

Minimum seven years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or human resources
Demonstrated strategic thinking and excellent writing skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the company
High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and deadlines
