Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Employee Recognition, Communications & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engagement, recognition, and listening strategies to strengthen employer reputation internally and externally
  • Create and execute engagement campaigns to inspire and mobilize employees
  • Lead and cultivate expertise in employee experiences by bringing together engagement, recognition, and wellness

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or human resources
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the company
  • High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and deadlines
