Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Employee Recognition, Communications & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engagement, recognition, and listening strategies to strengthen employer reputation internally and externally
- Create and execute engagement campaigns to inspire and mobilize employees
- Lead and cultivate expertise in employee experiences by bringing together engagement, recognition, and wellness
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or human resources
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and excellent writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the company
- High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
