Employee Recognition Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Employee Recognition Program Specialist, this role will develop and implement strategies to recognize team members' achievements while managing branded merchandise and leading charitable initiatives to enhance community impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement a technology platform for automating recognition and tracking milestones
• Partner with organizational leaders to create meaningful recognition programs and events
• Oversee the full lifecycle of branded merchandise, including vendor management and inventory control

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in rewards and recognition program management or related HR/communications function
• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Familiarity with recognition platforms or digital tools for managing employee programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
