Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor, EAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to management on performance improvement and corrective action matters
  • Review and approve corrective action and performance management documents
  • Conduct investigations of employee conflict of interest disclosures and document findings


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
  • Experience with case management systems for documentation purposes
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
