Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Employee Relations Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend employee relations practices to promote positive employer-employee relationships and engagement
  • Provide analysis, conclusions, and recommendations in response to employee concerns
  • Guide management and HR Business Partners on sensitive work-related issues and maintain partnerships with Compliance and Legal
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in employee relations
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law practices
  • Experience supporting a remote and multi-state workforce preferred
