Job Summary
Managing employee relations remotely, the full-time Employee Relations Advisor will work with leaders, managers, and employees to resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure adherence to policies while providing coaching and support across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations across multiple business groups to assist in resolving issues and grievances
- Conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations in compliance with applicable laws and company methodology
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions while maintaining detailed documentation in the employee case management system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage conflict effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions
