Job Summary
Providing strategic support to local leadership and HR, the full-time Employee Relations Advisor will investigate employee-reported concerns, analyze employee relations data, and assist in resolving workplace disputes in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently conduct impartial investigations into HR-related concerns and recommend actions to leadership
- Prepare and present analysis of employee relations data to identify trends and inform strategic planning
- Serve as a point of contact for management and employees regarding company policies and performance management matters
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in employee relations or HR
- Experience conducting investigations and drafting reports on findings
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment
