Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Analyst who supports key Employee Relations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the intake, documentation, and tracking of employee relations cases
  • Assist in compiling case summaries and reports to support investigations
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR or compliance experience
  • Experience working with confidential information is a plus
  • Healthcare or multi-state employer experience is a plus but not required
