Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Analyst who supports key Employee Relations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the intake, documentation, and tracking of employee relations cases
- Assist in compiling case summaries and reports to support investigations
- Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of HR or compliance experience
- Experience working with confidential information is a plus
- Healthcare or multi-state employer experience is a plus but not required
