Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Employee Relations and Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for employee relations, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes across the organization
  • Partner with senior leaders to design organizational structures and lead workforce planning efforts aligned with business transformation strategies
  • Develop and maintain HR compliance infrastructure and provide strategic advice on employee relations risks and organizational design
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and organizational design
  • Experience managing employee relations in a multi-state environment
  • Proven track record in strategic workforce planning and business transformation initiatives
  • 5 years of people management experience preferred
