Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations-Satisfaction Associate in Remote, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior management to align employee satisfaction initiatives with business objectives
• Organize in-person and digital events to enhance employee satisfaction among a nationally distributed team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, organizational behavior, or psychology
• 4-5 years of relevant experience or 1-3 years for recent graduates
• Experience in coordinating and planning events on a low budget
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Ability to relate to and motivate staff of diverse ages and backgrounds
