Job Summary
Supporting various teams across the organization, the remote Employee Relations Business Partner will provide coaching and thought partnership, manage employee relations casework, and conduct data analysis to drive proactive solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Employee Relations support and coaching for all employees and management levels
- Triage employee relations casework and implement appropriate solutions based on established guidelines
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and reporting to highlight key trends and inform decision-making
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience managing an average case volume of 50+ cases at any given time
- Demonstrated ability to assist with risk management related to the business
- Effective project management and change management skills
- Proven ability to foster inclusion and empathy within the workplace
