Job Summary
Managing complex employment-related investigations, the fully remote Employee Relations Business Partner IV will conduct intake meetings, interviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complaints involving violations of law or policy across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end investigations, including background research and debrief meetings, across global office locations
- Collaborate with Employment Law, Human Resources, and other departments to address and resolve complaints
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to leadership and relevant parties throughout the investigation process
Required qualifications
- Proven experience conducting investigations that meet legal standards in multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong relationship management skills in a cross-functional environment
- Experience documenting and presenting investigation findings to leadership
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with a high comfort level working with data
