Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to support and guide management on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to management on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
- Offer coaching and conflict resolution to management and employees
- Track trends and make recommendations for HR improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of relevant work experience
- HR Generalist experience in a service-related industry preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in current employment laws and regulations
