Employee Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to support and guide management on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to management on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
• Offer coaching and conflict resolution to management and employees
• Track trends and make recommendations for HR improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of relevant work experience
• HR Generalist experience in a service-related industry preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
• Expertise in current employment laws and regulations
