Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, including investigations and remediation strategies
  • Provide education and counsel on team member relations and performance-related conversations
  • Collaborate with legal teams on investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related field required
  • Five years of human resource administration experience, with three years in employee relations
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of business policy and employment laws
  • Experience with dispute resolution and investigation techniques
