Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including investigations and remediation strategies
- Provide education and counsel on team member relations and performance-related conversations
- Collaborate with legal teams on investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related field required
- Five years of human resource administration experience, with three years in employee relations
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of business policy and employment laws
- Experience with dispute resolution and investigation techniques
