Employee Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of employee relations and partner with leaders to address and resolve employee issues
• Provide education and counsel to leaders and team members on team member relations and performance-related conversations
• Conduct research on HR policies and employment issues, making recommendations for changes based on analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field required
• Five years of human resource administration experience, including three years in employee relations
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of business policy and employment laws
• Experience with dispute resolution and investigation techniques
