Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, providing support and remediation strategies for team members and leaders
  • Conduct research on human resource policies and employment issues, making recommendations based on analysis
  • Serve as a liaison with Legal for investigations and support sensitive employment-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • Five years of human resource administration experience, including three years in employee relations
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of business policy and employment laws
  • Experience with dispute resolution and investigation techniques
