Employee Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1, responsible for supporting employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations issues
• Conduct research on employee and labor relations, identifying trends and areas for intervention
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making within HR functions

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA
• 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
