Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1, responsible for supporting employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations issues
- Conduct research on employee and labor relations, identifying trends and areas for intervention
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making within HR functions
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
- 2 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA
- 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
