Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1 to serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers facing employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and resources for employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance
- Conduct employee relations research, identify trends, and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
- Support labor relations research and policy development while ensuring effective record keeping and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
- 2 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
