Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations matters
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory requirements, and conduct investigations
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, providing insights for workplace environment improvement


Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
