Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 2, responsible for providing expertise in employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations issues
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct investigations and recommend improvements for workplace environments
Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location service line
  • Five years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
