Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Employee Relations Consultant will support and guide management on employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with management on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to management and employees
  • Track trends and make recommendations for HR improvements while serving as a subject matter expert on employment laws
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience
  • HR Generalist experience in a service-related industry preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office with excellent interpersonal skills
