Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Employee Relations Consultant will support and guide management on employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with management on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
- Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to management and employees
- Track trends and make recommendations for HR improvements while serving as a subject matter expert on employment laws
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of relevant work experience
- HR Generalist experience in a service-related industry preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent interpersonal skills
