Employee Relations Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a consultative partner to management, the full-time remote Employee Relations Consultant will administer the Employee Relations function, providing guidance on workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and employment laws while supporting organizational compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Employee Relations function and consult on employee relations matters
• Advise management on workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns
• Identify employee relations trends and recommend improvements to HR and management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four additional years of Employee Relations experience
• Five or more years of Employee Relations experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal employment laws and regulations
• Experience advising on workplace investigations and disciplinary actions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
