Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II to provide expertise in employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations issues
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct research on employee and labor relations trends and maintain HR metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and labor relations
  • 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
