Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II, responsible for addressing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations issues
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for workplace improvements
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to align actions with findings
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and labor relations
- 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
