Job Summary
A company is looking for an ER Coordinator to provide operational support to the Employee Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and organize new ER cases, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Assist with data reporting, investigation interviews, and drafting investigative reports
- Support the team with legal requests and special projects to enhance ER processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of HR experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Prior experience in administrative support is preferred
- Interest in working on a global team is desirable
- Desire to begin or progress a career in HR, specifically in employee relations
