Job Summary

A company is looking for an ER Coordinator to provide operational support to the Employee Relations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and organize new ER cases, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with data reporting, investigation interviews, and drafting investigative reports
  • Support the team with legal requests and special projects to enhance ER processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of HR experience required; 2-3 years preferred
  • Prior experience in administrative support is preferred
  • Interest in working on a global team is desirable
  • Desire to begin or progress a career in HR, specifically in employee relations
