Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations concerns
  • Receive, document, and assess workplace conduct and policy-related issues
  • Route cases to the appropriate Employee Relations team member with accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Operations
  • Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in triaging concerns and identifying escalation needs
  • Experience using HRIS and/or case management systems
