Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Intake Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations concerns
- Receive, document, and assess workplace conduct and policy-related issues
- Route cases to the appropriate Employee Relations team member with accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Operations
- Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in triaging concerns and identifying escalation needs
- Experience using HRIS and/or case management systems
