Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the interpretation and guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain policies using an equity framework and implement improvements
  • Manage team members and provide training to promote a healthy work environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of HR experience in a represented environment, with 3 years in employee relations management
  • Expert-level knowledge of employment laws and organizational policies
  • Experience in promoting inclusion and equity in organizational strategy and culture
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster collaboration and accountability
