Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an employee relations strategy for workplace investigations and case management
• Oversee and conduct complex investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and collaborate on training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in employee relations or employment law, with 3 years in management
• Experience in building and scaling an employee relations practice for 2000+ employees
• Expert knowledge of workplace investigations and conflict resolution
• Comprehensive expertise in US employment law and workplace anti-discrimination laws
