Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Employee Relations cases from assessment to conclusion, including risk evaluation and investigation methodology
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR matters with risk elements
- Interact with Leave and Accommodation and Risk Management departments, ensuring compliance with ADA and relevant laws
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 2+ years of exempt-level employee relations experience, preferably in a multi-state and high-volume environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law
