Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Employee Relations cases from assessment to conclusion, including risk evaluation and investigation methodology
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR matters with risk elements
  • Interact with Leave and Accommodation and Risk Management departments, ensuring compliance with ADA and relevant laws
Required Qualifications
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 2+ years of exempt-level employee relations experience, preferably in a multi-state and high-volume environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law
