Employee Relations Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate employee relations allegations of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation
• Identify risk areas and implement proactive measures to ensure a positive employee experience
• Contribute to Global Employee Relations projects and lead with an agile mindset focused on problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, including leading investigations
• Familiarity with global employment law, including EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
• Experience in hyper-growth or large-scale organizations
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and highly confidential situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR Information Systems
