Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations and summarizing findings for leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR matters with potential risks
  • Interact with Leave and Accommodation and Risk Management departments regarding legal compliance and recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 2+ years of exempt-level employee relations experience, preferably in a multi-state and high volume environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law is essential
  • Experience in preparing responses to formal complaints filed with State or Federal agencies is preferred
  • Knowledge of ADA and applicable state and federal laws is necessary
