Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations and summarizing findings for leadership
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR matters with potential risks
- Interact with Leave and Accommodation and Risk Management departments regarding legal compliance and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 2+ years of exempt-level employee relations experience, preferably in a multi-state and high volume environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law is essential
- Experience in preparing responses to formal complaints filed with State or Federal agencies is preferred
- Knowledge of ADA and applicable state and federal laws is necessary
