Employee Relations Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of company policy violations across various locations
• Make recommendations regarding corrective actions, separations, and other sensitive employment matters
• Support internal Employee Relations projects and initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex workplace investigations, including at the executive level
• 5+ years of HR and Employee Relations experience in corporate and retail environments
• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Juris Doctor and/or certification from the Association of Workplace Investigators
