Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations matters, including harassment and discrimination claims
  • Interview witnesses across various time zones to gather accurate and detailed information
  • Draft clear and well-organized reports summarizing findings and present them to senior operations and HR leaders
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investigations or employee relations within the HR or legal field
  • Proven ability to conduct interviews and manage cases independently
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, particularly with senior leadership
  • Familiarity with investigation management software, such as EthicsPoint by Navex, is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
