Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into employee relations matters, including harassment and discrimination claims
- Interview witnesses across various time zones to gather accurate and detailed information
- Draft clear and well-organized reports summarizing findings and present them to senior operations and HR leaders
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investigations or employee relations within the HR or legal field
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and manage cases independently
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, particularly with senior leadership
- Familiarity with investigation management software, such as EthicsPoint by Navex, is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
