A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and provide strategic direction on ER initiatives
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to resolve employee relations cases
• Assist with HR initiatives and facilitate the accommodation process in a confidential capacity

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of employee relations experience required
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent related work experience required
• High school diploma and 9 years of related work experience required
• Employment Investigation Certification preferred
