Job Summary

Dedicated to promoting employee trust and accountability, the full-time remote Employee Relations Investigator will conduct impartial workplace investigations, assess complaints, and provide expert recommendations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct or direct impartial investigations of workplace concerns, including employee misconduct and policy violations
  • Develop investigation strategies, gather evidence, and document findings to inform decision-making
  • Prepare investigative reports and advise leaders on best practices and necessary corrective actions
Required qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and internal policies relevant to employee relations
