Job Summary
Dedicated to promoting employee trust and accountability, the full-time remote Employee Relations Investigator will conduct impartial workplace investigations, assess complaints, and provide expert recommendations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct or direct impartial investigations of workplace concerns, including employee misconduct and policy violations
- Develop investigation strategies, gather evidence, and document findings to inform decision-making
- Prepare investigative reports and advise leaders on best practices and necessary corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Mature and personal Christian faith aligned with the organization's mission and values
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and internal policies relevant to employee relations
- Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sound judgment
- Ability to adapt to organizational needs in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related business software
