Job Summary

To support a leading technology client, the remote Employee Relations Investigator will conduct high-volume workplace investigations related to employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions of complex issues.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct workplace investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other policy violations
  • Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and collaborate with HR and Employee Relations teams for timely resolutions
  • Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment
  • Availability to work a 4:00 PM-12:00 AM shift remotely
  • Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably in a large technology company
  • Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII
