Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Lead to support the development and improvement of internal employee relations investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and manage all aspects of employee relations investigations into alleged misconduct
  • Draft investigation plans, conduct interviews, and prepare analysis and investigation reports
  • Establish best practices for investigations and assist in the development of company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience conducting complex and sensitive investigations
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Experience using AI tools for trend recognition and data analysis in employee relations cases
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
