Employee Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Relations Manager for seasonal maternity coverage in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and internal investigations
• Develop and provide training on Employee Relations topics to management
• Compile HR policies and procedures data and present recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in conducting thorough and unbiased internal investigations
• Proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
