Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to oversee employee relations, performance management, policy management, and absence management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of complex workplace issues
  • Review and process leave and accommodation requests while maintaining compliance with policies

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of human resources experience, particularly in HR Compliance and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects
  • Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
