Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to oversee employee relations, performance management, policy management, and absence management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of complex workplace issues
- Review and process leave and accommodation requests while maintaining compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of human resources experience, particularly in HR Compliance and Employee Relations
- 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
