Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Employee Relations & Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations using restorative practices and facilitate conflict-resolution processes
- Coordinate training opportunities and develop an internal mentor program for employee development
- Manage offboarding processes and analyze exit interview data to improve retention and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Higher Education Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist work, or organizational development
- Knowledge of key employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, and Title VII
- Experience facilitating conflict resolution or restorative dialogues
- Ability to analyze employee experience data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
