Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Employee Relations & Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations using restorative practices and facilitate conflict-resolution processes
  • Coordinate training opportunities and develop an internal mentor program for employee development
  • Manage offboarding processes and analyze exit interview data to improve retention and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Higher Education Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist work, or organizational development
  • Knowledge of key employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, and Title VII
  • Experience facilitating conflict resolution or restorative dialogues
  • Ability to analyze employee experience data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
