Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases including intake, interviews, documentation review, and coaching
  • Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions based on company policy
  • Oversee the exit interview process and manage metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience; 5+ years preferred
  • Human Resources experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
  • 1+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and coaching/counseling skills required
