Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases including intake, interviews, documentation review, and coaching
- Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions based on company policy
- Oversee the exit interview process and manage metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience; 5+ years preferred
- Human Resources experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
- 1+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience; 2+ years preferred
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and coaching/counseling skills required
