Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager (Seasonal Maternity Coverage).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations
- Develop and deliver training on Employee Relations topics to management
- Compile HR policies and procedures data and present recommendations to management
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in conducting thorough and unbiased internal investigations
- Proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
