Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager (Seasonal Maternity Coverage).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations
  • Develop and deliver training on Employee Relations topics to management
  • Compile HR policies and procedures data and present recommendations to management
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in conducting thorough and unbiased internal investigations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
