Job Summary

Supporting a positive employee relations environment, the full-time remote Employee Relations Manager will develop and implement proactive strategies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage high-risk employee issues while collaborating with business partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent resolution of high-risk employee issues to limit legal liability and uphold company values
  • Manage and influence proactive Employee Relations strategies in collaboration with business and HR leaders
  • Conduct internal investigations and provide counsel on employee relations trends and organizational health
Required qualifications
  • Strong expertise in US employment law and experience in conducting complex internal investigations
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining proactive employee relations strategies
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities across all organizational levels
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Understanding of employee relations concepts and procedures
