Job Summary
Supporting a positive employee relations environment, the full-time remote Employee Relations Manager will develop and implement proactive strategies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage high-risk employee issues while collaborating with business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure consistent resolution of high-risk employee issues to limit legal liability and uphold company values
- Manage and influence proactive Employee Relations strategies in collaboration with business and HR leaders
- Conduct internal investigations and provide counsel on employee relations trends and organizational health
Required qualifications
- Strong expertise in US employment law and experience in conducting complex internal investigations
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining proactive employee relations strategies
- Excellent relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities across all organizational levels
- Ability to analyze complex situations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Understanding of employee relations concepts and procedures
