Job Summary

Providing proactive Employee Relations leadership, the full-time remote Employee Relations Manager will drive workforce experience strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations initiatives across North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and recommend strategies to address Employee Relations and retention needs while managing metrics that support proactive strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local laws, providing reactive support and maintaining visibility on labor issues
  • Conduct formal and informal training for front line leaders and serve as an advocate for employee concerns, driving timely resolutions
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of HR and/or Employee Relations experience with knowledge of relevant labor laws and internal HR programs
  • Basic understanding of business units and financials, including the ability to read a P&L statement
  • Proven skills in Google Suite products, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and instill confidence among leadership and staff
  • Ability to think critically and provide effective communication for issue resolution at all organizational levels
