Job Summary
Supporting US Retail operations, the full-time Employee Relations Manager will manage day-to-day employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while working remotely during a maternity coverage period.
Key responsibilities
- Handles employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and internal investigations, ensuring compliance with local laws
- Develops and delivers training to management on employee relations topics and provides coaching on human relations skills
- Manages documentation and reporting related to employee investigations and maintains relevant Employee Relations documentation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in conducting thorough and unbiased internal investigations
- Proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
