Job Summary
Managing employee relations issues for their region, the full-time salaried Employee Relations Manager will oversee case management from intake to resolution, conduct investigations into workplace complaints, and serve as an advisor to management on policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage moderately complex employee relations cases, conducting investigations and collaborating with HR and legal teams
- Facilitate medical accommodation processes and advocate for employees while balancing company values
- Educate and advise management on corrective action processes and support the development of performance improvement plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a closely related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and employee relations in a dynamic global organization
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and HR processes
- Labor Union or works council experience preferred
