Job Summary

Providing essential Employee Relations support, the full-time remote Employee Relations Manager will manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and coach leaders on performance management within an assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary ER contact for properties, guiding on performance management, conduct, and workplace conflict
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations and document findings to recommend resolutions in line with company policy and law
  • Collaborate with leaders to coach on performance management processes and review ER-related communications
Required qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations, with a focus on multi-location and multi-state populations
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including EEO, FMLA, and ADA
  • Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and document findings objectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • HR Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
