Job Summary

Managing employee relations issues for their region, the full-time salaried Employee Relations Manager will oversee moderately complex ER cases, conduct investigations, and advise management on policies and procedures while collaborating with HR Business Partners and legal counsel.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve moderately complex employee relations cases, conducting confidential investigations into serious misconduct
  • Facilitate the medical accommodation process and advocate for employees while balancing company values
  • Educate business leaders on corrective action processes and support managers in developing performance improvement plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, organizational psychology, business, or a closely related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Relations roles within a dynamic global organization
  • Demonstrated experience managing investigations and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment-related laws at the county/regional level
  • Labor Union or works council experience preferred
