Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in delivering quality patient care, the full-time remote Employee Relations Manager will lead complex internal investigations, serve as a subject matter expert in employee relations compliance, and provide strategic guidance to leadership on conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead high-risk internal investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and workplace conflicts
- Produce comprehensive investigative reports and partner with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and laws
- Deliver training and coaching on workplace conduct and investigation procedures to leaders and HR colleagues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in employee relations/investigation
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience leading complex investigations in a large, matrixed organization, preferably in healthcare
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and navigate sensitive situations with discretion
