Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in employee relations or HR
- Professional-level experience managing complex investigations is a plus
- Familiarity with employment law and workplace policies
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships
