Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner to support leadership with employee relations concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and advise on employee relations situations, providing recommended actions based on policies and laws
  • Analyze HR compliance statistics and trends to identify potential issues within departments
  • Maintain documentation related to employee relations investigations and provide training on compliance and practices
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field
  • Three to five years of experience as a Human Resources generalist with a focus on employment law and employee relations
  • Basic familiarity with compensation, recruiting, and organizational development principles
  • Proven ability to conduct investigations and document findings accurately
  • PC skills with proficiency in the Microsoft environment
